Our Mission
To create a culture of confidence in which all students are empowered with the academic, social and ethical knowledge and skills to become well-rounded citizens ready for life beyond school. Throughout the school the ethos is clearly on respect for each other. The high staff/pupil ratio ensures excellent pastoral support and allows us to embrace the diverse needs of all children. Our 'Open Door' policy allows parents to work together with teachers and this partnership enables children and parents to feel very much a part of the DIS community.
