St. Michael's Sr. Sec. School is an unaided minority Christian School, owned, managed and run by the Delhi Catholic Archdiocese, a religious, charitable, educational and social organized Society registered under the Societies Registration Act.

This Society undertakes programmes and projects and establishes institutions for the development of the WHOLE PERSON and for the promotion of justice and equality. Since education is crucial to integral development of the children and youth, the Society establishes and administers educational institutions.

St. Michael's Sr. Sec. School is recognized by the department of Education NCT Delhi vide No. F.Zone-28 (w)/4853-D.D.E (cd) 450 and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education vide No. CBSE/Affiliated 2730089/2001/20442-54 and prepares pupils for the All India Secondary and Senior Secondary School Examinations.

Though this school is meant primarily for the members of Catholic Community, it is also open to the members of other communities.

The education of a child is the joint responsibility of the child, parents and school. Hence the overall development of the child is the joint responsibility of both home and school.
