It was established as a primary School on the two acres of land situated on Hastsal Road near Uttam Nagar. The Vidyalaya was recognised by the Directorate of education, Delhi and affiliated to CBSE as a secondary school in 1993. Its soon touched the elevated ladder in 2001, when it was upgraded to full fledged Senior Secondary school with all the 3 streams- Science, Commerce, Humanities.
