Lovely Public Senior Secondary School, Priyadarshini Vihar was born out of the pioneering efforts of an ardent educationist Shri R.P. Malik who believed in child-centric and value-based quality learning. The school is run and managed by Lovely Bal Shiksha Parishad, a government registered Society consisting of highly qualified staff and personalities who are dedicated to transforming education.

The motto of the school "Let's move to a better future with LPS." is the cornerstone around which the character and personality of every child is built. The teaching is based on the Principles of "Holistic Education" and on a 10 point program given by the Director chairperson of the school Dr. S.D. Malik.
