HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
A sound and basic education is the very backbone of a child?s personality. Years of combined experience of teachers and experts have demonstrated that there is no substitute for classroom learning and grounding in traditional academic discipline. With rapid progress in quality of education and competition, the residents of Dharamshala realized the importance of providing the child academic discipline with scientific temper.

Dharamshala being a beautiful small town was left with little choice of good educational institutions, which provided competition oriented education. More over it became a hardship for the parents to guide their children, after the completion of Xth standard. Sending the children to the other parts of the country for higher education- seemed to be the solution of this problem. But solution of one problem gave rise to another problem - "WASTAGE OF TIME, MONEY AND ALSO ENERGY". To make the situation worse it gave rise to inferiority complex amongst the students from this small town while competing with others outside

Realization of this basic problem let to a small step of launching BRC, A REPUTED COMPETITION INSTITUTE TO PROVIDE QUALITY EDUCATION IN THE HOME TOWN OF THE STUDENTS.
