The KV ITBP Sarahan is one of the premier educational institutions of the country. The Vidyalaya was established in 1994 in the defense sector sponsored by the ITBP to provide uninterrupted education at the school level to the wards of Defence personnel, Central Govt. employees, Ex-servicemen, War Widows and to those parents who can not keep their families with them due to non-availability of Kendriya Vidyalaya at their place of posting in far flung / field areas and or posting at Metropolitan cities. The Vidyalaya provides all type of activities for all round development of every student.
