Twenty five years ago, a dream was dreamt. The dream of setting up a D.A.V. School in Ambota Distt. Una Himachal Pradesh, The dream has turned into reality and DAV Sr. Sec. Public School came into being 25 years back.The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education,New Delhi.

The school began from a scratch in a rural environment and has today touched the height of glory through sheer hard work and dedication.

Services of diligent Principals, teachers and local villagers as well.A special mention should be made of those philanthropic villagers who have donated land to this institution and have constantly been the vanguard of this organization.

The first batch of class 10th or secondary level students appeared for their Board Examination in 1997.Few years later in 2006 class 12th students or Senior Secondary level students appeared for the CBSE exam with complete success.
