Jagat Sewak Educational and charitable trust Amargarh Parao mehna(Moga) was running Jagat Sewak Khalsa College fro women since July,1983.Considering the repeated demand of the people of surrounding villages to start an English medium Public School adjoining to the college campus,the trust decided to establish Jagat Sewak Khalsa Sen. Sec. Public School w.e.f April,1984 under the management of Jagat Sewak Educational and Social welfare committee.In the beginning 10+1 and 10+2 classes were started with in the college campus,Later a new School building was constructed in which High,Primary and pre primary classes were started steb by step to make it a full fledged Sen. Sec. School.The School is recognized upto Matriculation by the Punjab Govt. Education Deptt. And is affiliated to Punjab School Education Board upto Sen. Sec. classes.humanities and science groups are running successfully.At present the school has 50 rooms,fully equipped four Science Labs,one library room,one computer Lab having 20 computers,one sports room,one staff room and two administration rooms.There are three play grounds for different games.Thirteen Digital teaching systems(by Educomp Solution ltd.) are in operation.one beautiful children?s park adds to the pride of the School.other facilities such as washrooms,drinking water and electricity etc. are available.
