Kendriya Vidyalaya Baddowal Cantt is an English medium co-educational school.The Vidyalaya was established in July 1984 to cater to the needs of the children of defence personnel serving in the installations of Dholewal Cantt. & Jagraon Bridge, Paramilitary forces like ITBP, Central excise, Banks and other Govt. & Semi Govt. organizations.It is located in the campus of 17 FAD Baddowal Cantt which is situated on the Ferozepur Road about 8 Km. from Ludhiana City. The cantonment which houses the Vidayalaya is safe, secure nestled in sylvan surroundings, far from the polluted environment of Ludhiana.

Games & Sports : The wide play grounds provide the students,an open opportunity to take part in various games and sports at the school level and to prepare for regional and national level. Sport is a part of a plant such as a shoot that is different from its parent (such as variegated leaves) and can be propagated to produce a totally new plant. We provide activities that are competitive, have formal rules, require physical effort and skills, and are organised within institutional structures.
