About Salem Gurukul:

Incepted in year 2011, Salem Gurukul has its pride of being located in the educational hub of Tamil Nadu, and is known in its neighbourhood as a school of active learning.
The Year 2017 marked our maiden achievement with a 100% pass result in the SSLC board exams and a top score of 485/500
We endeavor to foster good connectivity between school and home environments. Teachers and coordinators visit the children in their homes at least once a year to ensure that the children have conducive learning environments.

Highlights:
Special initiatives for developing writing readiness in Pre-school children through variety of activities like seed arranging, tracing, coloring and reading readiness through sight words, phonics, rhymes and jingles.
Introduction of the physical fitness card this year enables students to set their goals and to raise their performance. Special training is imparted to children who are talented in sports by qualified and experienced PE trainers.
