Vijayanta Model Hr. Sec. School is primarily a Management School for the welfare of the wards of HVF Employees and Allied Establishments. The Tamil Nadu affiliated Higher Secondary Section of the School was started in the year 1997 and has kept pace in line with the local scenario and academic requirements and has established itself as a reputed Higher Secondary School.

We are proud that the School has completed 20 years of appreciable and noble service in the Field of Education and is marching ahead with renewed energy and vigour.

Speaking in English is made compulsory to increase the fluency of expression and communication. In addition to this the Students are exposed to various Club activities, Inter House Competitions, Special Assemblies, etc. We give ample opportunities to bring out the hidden and inherent talents of our Students by exposing them to various activities. We are proud that our efforts have yielded appreciable results.

Our Students have also proved their talents in the field of sports and have won many prizes by participating in various sports activities organised by outside agencies during the last year.

Since the Teaching methods should conform to the challenging needs of the present and the future, the Teachers are given Orientation Programmes with Resource Persons of Repute from outside. We have plans to bring in innovative methods in Teaching - learning Process, Extra curricular activities, etc.
