LVPS Patnagarh is located in the district Balangir, state Odisha. By the road 40 KM distance from Balangir Town. From Patnagarh bus stand the school is 1.5 KM away falling in the right side of J.N College Patnagarh.

This school is housed presently in a vast open lush green environment measuring 3.14 Acer of land. The environment is totally free from the humdrum town life.

The school was established in the year 1986, June as a Co-educational English Medium Pvt. School. From L.Kg to Std. X manage by a group of visionaries of Lions Club, Patnagarh. This school is developed as a quality school with some of the useful features without making the school very expensive. The quality of teaching is kept reasonably high by an appropriate teacher.
