KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA CHURACHANDPUR a Civil Sector (Very Hard Station) school, which was established on 21st October 1986 with sponsoring agency as BSF and comes under KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN - a premier organization in India administering 1090 schools as on 01.08.2012 known as ''Kendriya Vidyalayas'' with 10,91,931 students as on 31.03.2012 and 49,286 employees (including outsoursed) on rolls as on 01.07.2011.

At present we have around 300 students from class I to XII. In class XI-XII we are offering both Science and Humanities. We have a well developed computer lab, CMP room, Math lab, Games room, WE room in the Vidyalaya along with children park and a playground for football and volleyball.
