Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 Gwalior is one of the most Prestigious and Premier Institutions of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. This is One of the Oldest and Biggest Kendriya Vidyalayas of our Country. It is running at 2 Shifts. Since its inception in 1965 it has been progressing by leaps and bounds and at present about more than 2800 (2404 in 1st Shift and 415 in 2nd Shift.). Education is imparted here in all the Three Streams at + 2 Level by very talented and dedicated teachers. Many of our alumni are holding paramount posts in different fields. At the same time, students are prepared here for SGFI also every year.
