Chinmaya Vidyalayas are run under the auspices of the Central Chinmaya Mission Trust in Different parts of the country. The Vidyalaya in each place is administered by a Managing Committee consisting of local members of the Chinmaya Mission and other people interested in the cause. The school at Kanhangad has classes from Kindergarten to Higher Secondary Level. Montessori, Play way and other modern systems are adopted in the kindergarten.
