Silhouetted against an idyllic setting, stands erect the abode of learning, a long cherished dream of the people of Ottapalam- KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA,OTTAPALAM-1.8 km off the Palakkad-Shoranur road, with Nila gurgling along on its course on one side, provides an ideal atmosphere for an educational institution. The KV was established in 1986, and it was shifted to the new building, that was inaugurated by His Excellency Mr. K R Narayanan, the then Vice-President of India.
