Paramapoojya Jagadguru Padmabhushana Dr. Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Mahaswamiji, the supreme Pontiff of Sri Adichunchanagiri Math, has been doing a pioneering service to the society in the realms of education, spiritual and socio-economic developments. Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (R.) under the blessings, direction and guidance of His Holiness has been running more than 400 educational institutions, which includes institutions of Medical Science, Technology, Pharmacy, Polytechnic, International School, School for the Blind, Deaf and Dumb, Schools of Vedic/Sanskrit Learning and host of econdary and Senior Secondary Schools. These Institutions have been spreading education in tandem with shaping innumerable young minds throughout Karnataka and beyond its borders.
