STCMPS was established in 1994 as a most coveted project of Seth Tek Chand Memorial Public School Society (Regd.). It was founded in the sweet memory of Late Shri Tek Chand by a team of Visionaries to impart broad based education to the students (Boys and Girls) to make them worthy and dynamic leaders.

Curriculum Activities :
It gives the children an experience across a full subject range suitable for each page group. Innovative and activity oriented curriculum aiming at child created education is devised and such type of study environment is created that children love to go to school than to be forced to go to school. The school has audio-visual equipment, overhead and slide/LCD projected which are to be operated by the students

A lot of emphasis is laid on Co-curricular and extra curricular activities. The students are encouraged to participate in debates, recitation, music, fine arts, quizzing projects, exhibitions etc. Various Clubs and socities activities operate to discover the talents among students in the fields of literature, arts , sciences and nature.

We stress on the fact that a child must be a jack of al trades and master of at least one. Childrean are given ample Training in their own field of interest which they pursue as a hobby, may it gardening, fine arts, computers and public speaking.
