The school has a guardian committee with Dr. Jivan Saikia as the President and Prof. Saumitra Puzari as the Secretary.

Currently, SHEMFORD Jorhat is operating at Annalisha Complex, Opp. Progoti Samaj Choladhara Charali and will be coming up with its new building near Jorhat Engineering College.
