R.R. Public School, Noorpur was established on 20 November 1997 by Dr. Manujendra Gupta in the lucid memory of his father Late Shri Ram Rakshpal Gupta, an eminent teacher of this locality. The Foundation stone was laid by Smt. ChandraKanti Devi, the honourable mother of Dr. Manujendra Gupta, the Chairman of the School.

The School began the academic work from July 1998 and since then the mission of enlightening the young minds is consistently going on. The school is run by R.R. Education Society, Kabir Nagar, Noorpur registered under the societies Act of 1860 through Managing Committee appointed by it.

The school is situated in a calm and natural surroundings, free from pollution, far from the hustle and bustle of the town. There are two big playgrounds in the school ? one for small children and another for the students of upper classes. The school building is beautiful and attractive with modern fixture and fittings. It is an English medium, Co-educational institution affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. Hindi is taught in all classes and Sanskrit is taught from class VI to VIII as third language.
