Air Force School Kanpur Cantt was established in the year 1980 and was inaugurated by then President AFWWA (Regional) Mrs. Susan Gole. The endeavour to start this school was to provide best education to children of Air Force Hospital personnel.


Over a period the school was raised from primary standard to class X. The school got recognition by central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi by virtue of its quality education, extra-curricular activities and hectic efforts of the school management in the year 1997.

A Word To Parents
Parents are requested to cooperate in functioning of the school, in particular by enforcing regularity and discipline by evincing interest in their children's progress and by extending the fullest encouragement to participate in co-curricular and extra curricular activities. Parents should check the school diary regularly. They are requested to go through the remarks if any, from the Class Teacher or the Subject Teachers and follow instructions accordingly. When remarks are made in the diary, the parent's/guardian's signature is essential. Failure to comply with this could affect his/her ward in achieving the desired objective.
