Boston School came into existence in the year 1969 by the efforts of Late Mrs. T. Savithri BA., BT., Ex..Jp. Her vision was to provide high-quality education to as many children as possible. Initially started as a Primary School in Nandanam, it slowly grew to provide education for higher classes as well.
The name “Boston” came from our founder’s intent on twinning our school with Boston University, MA for providing a world-class education.
Not long ago in 2010, Boston School became upgraded to Boston International School by Dr. R.N.Krishna for providing GCSE and GCE A level qualifications.
The school now follows British academic curriculum and only British books are prescribed for the students.
“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character -that is the goal of true education.”
– Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
We are well known for our excellent teaching and we give our undivided individual attention to children.
What started out as a very small venture turned out to be a wonderful 49-year long journey. We rejoice in seeing the young educated and we shall always walk in the path our founder laid for us.
