The school earlier known by the name of University of Hyderabad Campus school has now been reshaped into Kendriya Vidyalaya UOH Campus. This budding Kendriya Vidyalaya has come to its majestic existence on 01.04.2013 with the sanction of the chairman, KVS to open a new KV in Campus of Central University of Hyderabad at Prof CR Rao Road, Hyderabad under Institute of Higher Learning sector. Far from the maddening crowd of city, the Vidyalaya is nested in the sylvan & epistemic environment of University of Hyderabad.
The Vidyalaya houses more than 1100 students in its sprawling campus.
The Vidyalaya is managed by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous
body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The Vidyalaya is affiliated to CBSE.
