The institution Guru Nanak Mission High School has reached to its height of glory, due to the selfless service rendered by the Guru Nanak Punjabi Sabha, Chakala. The Sabha formed a Charitable Trust in 1957. This trust was perceived by Late Dr. S.S. Jolly who worked to his utmost zeal into a recognizable status that the trust holds today. The Sabha was founded not only to bring the Punjabi community together but also to impart the teaching on the principles of Guru Nanak Devji. When we started, our immediate aim was to impart education to the downtrodden. Our institution is open to all students irrespective of caste and creed. Our educational aim to form citizens who are competent, spiritually, physically, healthy and socially acceptable.
The School, inculcates, discipline and moral values to the students to achieve excellence in all spheres academics and co-curricular activities. Academically, the Sabha caters to the needs of the under privileged children by granting them fee concessions and other expenses with the help of kind hearted donors.
Besides the academic part, the school trains students in various co-curricular activities also. The school is well equipped with the modern, digital technology. We are also imparting abacus teaching to our students. To accomplish more dreams come into reality, the Sabha is in need of your co-operation and whole - hearted support. We congratulate the institution for its academic results and good performance in the field of sports.
As we celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Guru Nanak Mission High School, we thank God for good results in all the fields, performed by our students. Our past students are doing well in their lives. We have had full co-operation from all of them those who are connected with our Institution.
