The Pawar Public Charitable Trust, under the guidance of its Managing Trustee Mrs. Supriya Sule is an organization focused on the needs of the less privileged sections of the society. The trust is also involved in work aimed at the upliftment of the nomadic tribal communities by imparting basic level of education to them through various Ashram Shalas. In addition, the Trust also extends its support in the form of sponsorships for various programmes for educational institutions like the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, which fosters the unique concept of 'learn & earn'. As a part of the trust's mission of serving the community at large, it has established English medium schools affiliated to the council of ICSE and CBSE, New Delhi. Pawar Public School, Chandivali was the fourth school established by the trust.

The foundation stone for the school was laid in August 2009, with admissions from Nursery to Grade 7 for the academic year 2011-2012, commencing on 6th December, 2010.
