Vidya Pratishthan trust was founded in 1972 under the innovative and Multi dimensional leadership of Hon. Shri. Sharadchandraji Pawar. The first institution of the Vidya Pratishthan, Bal Vakas Mandir, Baramati, an English Medium School was started in 1972.
