It's my immense pleasure to be with a new Navodaya family. In fact, nothing but place is new to me here. But I am confident that i will not remain new to you and you to me within a short span of time.

We are working in a unique school system spread across the country with a very noble mission of imparting quality modern education to the talented children of both rural & urban areas. This requires a lot of commitment on our side. We have no paucity of time as all the children are house inmates who are with us round the clock.

I do agree with all those who are of the opinions that the Navodaya staff are overtaxed with work as they have to be all fours all the time looking to the students' interests. But I am of the opinion that working in Navodaya is a challenge and we have to accept this challenge with all sincerity and dedication. People have high expectation of us and we have to come up to their expectation. If we do so, we are successful in our mission.

The students , too, have to exhibit a great deal of application to studies and deep regards for the teachers and other staff who toil hard to shape their personality sacrificing their self interests.

I'm always with you with the same kind of commitment that I expect of you. I'm keenly interested in sharing your weal and woe that may come during the journey of life at this beautiful abode. May god bless us in leading our goal oriented life!
