The campus is specially designed to be eco friendly, where in the students imbibe the principles of sustainable living, ecological balance, and environment protection. The school is built in accordance with green building norms using eco friendly materials. Right from the speciality bricks used for the building to the octagonal classrooms that have extraordinary ventilation, care has been taken to fetch maximum energy efficiency. Even the Air conditioning units run on VRF technology and use eco friendly (CFC free) refrigerants, which ensures five air exchanges per hour providing utmost air purity and thermal comfort. This is the gold standard for air purity followed in operating theaters. The school is awaiting LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, and it is the first ever school in Chennai to do so.
