The school has been set up by "R.K. Educational Trust", a non-profit making charitable trust with an aim to impart the best education to a child. It is managed by a group of professionals with spiritual backgrounds provided by R.K. Educational Trust.

The School follows the scheme of studies prescribed by the C.B.S.E., Delhi and follows the co-education system.
