This is a minority-run institution under the management of Bhopal Malankara Catholic Association in St John Chrysostom Diocese of Gurgaon, New Delhi. The Chairman of the institution is Most Rev Dr Jacob Mar Barnabas, the Bishop of the Diocese of Gurgaon. Though this institution is established and administered by a minority community it extends its service not only to the members of the community but also to all the members of the society irrespective of rich or poor, caste and religion.
