Beersheba School Almora was established in 1994 on the 1st of April in the heart of the city with only 64 children.

It is a co-educational English Medium school founded by late Shri. and Smt. N.N.D. Bhatt. The school owes its origin, existence & development to the untiring efforts of late Mr. N.N.D. Bhatt. He was a most dedicated person who inspired countless men and women. May God bless the great work he had started.

Beersheba School offers courses in Commerce and Science. It prepares students for All India Senior School Certificate Examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. The School has highly qualified teaching staff, well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology. School offers facilities for variety of games, sports and co-curricular activities. Physical Education is a part of weekly routine and in addition to the regular sports, team games for school teams and inter house competitions are held.
