DESCRIPTION:

CPS is located in the serene surroundings of the Tarai region on the foot hills of the Himalayas in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The city of Rudrapur was founded by King Rudra (r. 1565-1597), a king of the Chand Dynasty, which ruled over the Kumaon Kingdom in the 16th century.

CPS is situated in the midst of one of the posh colonies of the town. The location of the school presents a magnificent calm and ideal ambience for learning.

BUILDING
The Main Building of the school is a fascinating three storey building. All rooms are big, spacious and well ventilated. The classrooms are fitted with CCTVs for closely monitoring the teaching/ learning process.

The beautiful Nursery Wing building with its welcome appeal is a feast for the eyes. The aesthetically and beautifully built colourful building not only attracts the eyes of the tiny tots but also provides a homely and fun-filled learning atmosphere. The Nursery Wing has a separate playground, swings area, splash pool, toy room and above all large spacious beautiful classrooms. The building has a big hall which serves as the assembly area and also doubles up as a playing area in adverse weather conditions.

A separate building in the campus, christened Columbus? Hostel, accommodates the boarding facilities. The hostel has three big dormitories with attached Locker Rooms for Senior Boys, Junior Boys & Girls respectively. The hostel also has big Kitchen & Dining Hall. The tasty food served in the mess is good enough to make one forget his mother?s recipe.
