GEM International Residential School (GIRS) is spread among on 20 acres of land in pleasant and calm surroundings. At a short distance of 9.5 Kms from GIRS campus is Makalidurga which has a fort on top, at the height of 1,350mts. The mountains are full with date plants, lemon grass, many more plants and small boulders, at base of the hillock there is a huge lakes, which spread more than 6km radius.
