The origin of Panchsheel Public School came into existence in 2001 when parents in the National Capital Region were yearning for educational institutions which could provide contemporary education integrating local values and wisdom. Sensing a vacuum for such an institution at the relatively far-flung Jaitpur village in the National Capital Territory border area of Badarpur, a periphery shunned by educationalists, the Late K. L. Hora Memorial Educational Society drew up an ambitious plan and founded a school with scope for later expansions. The founder chairman of the society, Shri Jagdish Chaner Hora had long cherished the dream of setting up a school in the remote area as he realized that the greatest service to mankind was through education.
Since its inception, Panchsheel Public School has been imparting quality education to its students with the help of brilliant faculty, innovative curriculum and ultra-modern facilities. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination and the Senior School Certificate Examination of the CBSE.
