The school also has a counsellor who conducts workshops for the senior children and discusses concerns with them.
There is an orientation programme for all new parents normally held on the first Saturday in June
We have an optimum class strength of 30 students per section
Students from Classes V-X have the opportunity to be a part of a Club [At present, we have the Ecology Club, the Quiz Club, Public Speaking Club, Cookery Club, Drama Club, the Math Club, the Hands-On Science Club, Thinking Skills Club and Indigenous Games Club]
Classes VII & VIII are part of the CMCA [the Children's Movement for Civic Awareness] where they learn to be good citizens and to care for their environment.
The school also has a Life Skills Programme in place.
A full time trained nursing officer is available on the premises to attend to the children.
The school also has The News Paper In Education program [NIE].
