Sree Narayana Mission was established as a free dispensary in the year 1927 by the trustees under the guidance of Sri Vidhyananda Swamigal. Later, Dr. K. B. Thilakam, founder took up initiative and ventured opening an elementary school in the year 1967. Subsequently, the school has grown into a full-fledged Senior Secondary School affiliated to CBSE. The school is named after the great social reformer, philosopher, Saint Sree Narayana Guru.
In 2017, the school has just embarked its new journey with a glorious past of 50 years. It has travelled a long way in its transforming education and has set forth promising initiatives with socio-cultural and eco-friendly life skill in the midst of encouraging academic diligence. This year, we celebrate the 50th year golden jubilee to relive the years of nostalgia for the successful years ahead.
The accomplishments of this institution have been continuous and never-ending saga of cherishing success since 1967. Over 1,682 students are currently enrolled in the school with classes ranging from the pre-primary to the higher secondary level.
