Education had been the biggest casualty in medieval India. Maharashi Daya Nand Saraswati had realized that salvation lay in educating masses amongst the ten principles which the Maharashi laid down for the guidance of humanity, eradication of ignorance and illiteracy. To achieve this goal a group of society oriented people met in 1885 in Mumbai and formed ‘Daya Nand Anglo Vedic College Trust and Management Society’. We pour out our gratitude to that noble, immortal soul for removing darkness from our lives and enlightening our souls. As Ganga has been providing solace to millions, billions of people, similarly this man nurtured the society dipped in orthodox views, with modern technology such as Iken School System (Popularly known as Smart Classes), Video Conferences and learning Online System.
