The school is situated on a 2.1 acre site and provides extensive grounds and diverse play areas, including a separate one for the youngest children. This is equipped with a sand-pit, swings and other equipment appropriate for small children.
A large play field is available for games, and a clay court for tennis.
An amphitheatre is provided for outdoor plays and workshops.
In keeping with the curriculum’s emphasis on inculcating a love of nature and the impulse to preserve it, diverse trees, creepers and flowers are planted so that children can observe insects and birds and be surrounded by nature. A horticulture patch is provided for children to grow their own plants.
A large auditorium-cum-multi-purpose hall is available for a variety of activities and programmes. As we believe that all children should participate in some way in these performances, we organize class functions rather than a school annual function.
